You've seen David Bryan on stage with Bon Jovi and you've heard his music on Broadway in the hit "Memphis," but you don't see him often as solo act.
That changes Saturday, August 29 at the Rock the Farm benefit in Farmingdale, where Bryan, a native of Edison, will headline.
Vini Lopez (E Street Band) with Dawg Whistle, Ricky Byrd of Joan Jett fame, Joey Stann, Carmine Appice of Vanilla Fudge, the Characters, Frankenstein 3000, Tara Elliot, the Morrocan Sheepheards with Strumberry Pie, the Matt O'Ree Band, Joe Miller, Kenny Aaronson, Gerard and Diane Barros, the Mike Martin Band, Russel Arcara, the Sam Simi Band and more will also perform.
Proceeds raised will benefit benefit the CFC Loud n Clear Foundation, an organization that promotes positive life choices by aiding drug recovery efforts and inspiring a healthy, positive lifestyle. CFC has helped more than 900 families in Monmouth and Ocean counties, according to organizers.
The festival will take place at Regan's Hollow Farm on Casino Drive in Farmingdale. Tickets are $25 in advance and $35 at the door and can be purchased via www.rockthefarmnj.com.
